What we give back...

Founded  in early 2011, “PASaporte para la Educación” foundation has the following Mission and Vision:

Mission: Create opportunities for the well-rounded  education of children

Vision: To be a leader in providing the means for educational opportunities to students

Acting on our values such as solidarity, integrity, and commitment to students, along with the efforts of the Board members and the entire Pan-American School community, we have managed to grow and throughout the years have benefited social welfare projects focused on education. 

Projects

Educational and sports scholarships to study the International Baccalaureate at Pan-American School.

Monthly financial support for students of the Colegio Técnico Profesional (CTP) of Belén and other individual cases that have been forwarded to us by the Social Development Area of the Municipalidad de Belén.

Subsidized courses to prepare Public School students for the admission tests of the national universities

Sponsorship of the MEP Regional English Festival.

Food collection for families in need.

The members of the Board of Directors meet frequently to analyze new projects. Their collaboration is focused on creating additional opportunities for improvement and development for the students of Costa Rica.

The PASaporte Foundation for Education is a non-profit organization.  Everything we have achieved to date has been thanks to the support of PAS and other families, and the annual fundraising activities at Pan-American School, including the Bingo, the back-to-school Concert, and the end-of-year Christmas Bazar.
