Our comprehensive sports program features:

National and International Competitions: Students participate in tournaments for soccer, basketball, volleyball, and cross-country. These events are organized through our affiliations with the Association of American Schools of Central America (AASCA) and the Asociación de Centros Educativos Privadas (ACEP).

Competitive Teams: Our secondary school teams practice early in the morning, ensuring they start their day with physical activity before academic classes begin.

We take pride in our record of national and international trophies, a testament to our students' hard work and dedication.

MYP and DP (Middle Years Program and Diploma Program):

- Fitness: Academic physical conditioning program

Schedules
ECE: Monday through Thursday, 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
PYP: Monday through Thursday, 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
MYP and DP Sports Program: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.
MYP and DP Fitness: Monday through Thursday, 7:15 - 8:00 a.m.

Fitness programm
Our fitness program for secondary students runs from Monday to Thursday during the first period of the day. The objective is to start the day with invigorating physical activities followed by a nutritious breakfast, setting the tone for a productive academic day.
